1. The service
Volt Ghost provides temporary, receive-only email inboxes. They last 24 hours and can be extended once for free. When an inbox expires, its address and messages are deleted and can't be recovered. The service is provided free of charge, as is, and may change or stop at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Volt Ghost to protect your privacy, to avoid spam, and to test software you're allowed to test. You must not use it to:
- commit fraud, phishing, identity theft or any other illegal activity;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- get around a ban, a suspension or a limit that a website has applied to you, or create accounts in bulk to abuse free offers;
- receive material that is illegal to possess;
- overload, scrape or automate the service beyond normal personal use, or interfere with the bot check.
3. Don't rely on it for important accounts
Temporary inboxes expire. Don't use them for banking, government, health, work or any account you'll need to recover later. We aren't responsible for accounts or messages you lose because an inbox expired.
4. No warranty, limited liability
We work to keep Volt Ghost reliable, but we don't guarantee that every email will be delivered, that the service will always be available, or that a particular website will accept our addresses. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
5. Abuse
We may block senders, rate-limit or block access, and remove inboxes that are being abused. To report abuse, contact [email protected].
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service, you accept the updated terms.
